Beth Ann Tobey
Beth Ann Tobey is a Massachusetts native and has lived in Florida since 2015. She attended Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Politics. While attending Saint Anselm College, Beth interned with CNN and ABC News during the New Hampshire Primaries. Also, during this time, Beth fulfilled the goal of running three full marathons in three years.
Beth Ann earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. While attending, Beth completed multiple externships in various areas of law. Upon graduation, Beth worked as a Staff Attorney in the Fifth and Thirteenth Judicial Circuits, where she drafted orders in areas of foreclosure, probate, family law, and postconviction. Beth joined The Law Office of Robert Eckard & Associates P.A. in June 2019 and is admitted to practice law in all Florida State courts.
Beth is an avid runner to this day and is learning to play rugby with the Tampa Bay Women’s Krewe RFC.
