Kenny Kuhl was born in Chicago, Illinois. In 1971, his family moved to Florida where he has spent most of his life. In 1990, Kenny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Kenny attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1995. While attending law school, Kenny interned at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office in Fort Lauderdale where he wrote pre-trial motions and appellate briefs in the major crimes division.
Kenny has 24 years of experience practicing criminal defense and family law, including 3 years with the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office in Tampa. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and in the Southern District of Florida.
In March of 2021, Kenny joined the Law Office of Robert Eckard & Associates, P.A.
In his free time, Kenny enjoys running, physical fitness, playing chess, and coaching youth flag football.
