Raphael Cua was born in the Philippines and has lived in Florida for most of his life. He attended the University of Miami to earn his bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Raphael earned his law degree at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where he was a member of Law Review and participated in Moot Court. He was awarded the Ephraim Del Pozo Writing Award for his Law Review Note. While attending law school, Raphael interned with Judge D’Metria Benson at the Dallas County Court at Law, and interned at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston in their Policy Compliance Department.
Before joining The Law Office of Robert Eckard & Associates, Raphael’s focus included business law and first party property insurance. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Texas state courts.
Raphael enjoys photography, biking, and reading in his free time.
